The "Real Meal" Challenge
Do You Know What You're Really Eating?
Eating right most the time and still not “feeling the love?"
I hear this complaint often. My suggestion: Take a deeper look. All may not be as it seems.
It’s been my experience that people do not eat as well as they like to believe they do. In fact, very few people know what they are really eating. And I believe I can prove it.
Here's an fascinating challenge to illustrate my point... you may find this suprising.
Take the Challenge
I challenge you to create a "real meal" that's more nutritionally complete, healthier and more energizing than a Full Strength, premium nutrition shake.
Our judge and jury today will be the world’s leading Nutritional Analysis provider, NutritionData.com – what a resource. You'll be amazed.
I'll go first…
I submit, for NutritionData.com's comprehensive review, an exceptionally healthy meal consisting of 4 oz. of boneless, skinless, roasted chicken breast, plus 1 cup of steamed broccoli, plus 1.5 cups of steamed long-grain brown rice.
This is the profile of a chicken bowl at a favorite, very healthy, local restaurant called, Tokyo Joe’s.
However, in the spirit of competition, I'm going to hold the sauce. Not even any soy sauce! And I'm going to make sure they cook it without any salt. It'll taste pretty bland, but I want to win this contest.
How did I do? See for yourself…
The image on the left is an in-depth profile of Full Strength vs. my bland chicken, broccoli and rice lunch from the NutritionData.com.
Do CLICK ON IT to see it in full view.
NutritionData's amazing tool set makes it easy to compare Full Strength to virtually anything you could possible have ingested for lunch today! You've got to try it.
So how did my lunch stack up? Not even close...
The meal I created is completely devoid of vitamin D, is very weak in vitamin E, vitamin B12, and calcium, and is over the top in cholesterol. On a Calorie to Calorie basis, Full Strength beats it in nearly every measured nutrient.
Full Strength is more filling, providing lasting satiety and is rated higher for both weight loss and optimal health.
Can you do any better? Click here to try it yourself.
If you do succeed in creating a competitive meal, let me know how it tastes? and how much it costs?
Full Strength is not just another half-ass meal replacement – it’s the real deal. A nearly perfect, quick, delicious meal that energizes your body, sharpens your mind, tastes amazing and costs less than nearly any fast-food lunch, even the horribly unhealthy ones.
Full Strength, the World's Greatest Nutrition Shake, is “hand-built” to exacting specifications in limited quantities each month. It is not available in stores. To learn more about the “the future of fast-food” follow the link below.
Full Strength is the delicious new nutrition shake that completely satisfies your hunger and keeps your body energized for hours.

Shawn,
I've been drinking your shakes for a couple of weeks now and thought I would share my impression. I have developed, over the years, what I would call a 'food awareness' that gives me a feel for the quality of a meal I have eaten. I can generally tell when a meal puts me into the 'zone' and when it doesn't.
I have to admit I was skeptical about your product. Most shakes I've tried are overstimulating and just leave me feeling tired and hungry, just too much sugar in most cases. Also, i am not a big fan of supplements anyway. So, you can see that I had a negative bias going into this. After the first sip I was certain there was too much sugar. However, I was pleasantly surprised after finishing your product to be squarely in the zone for several hours.
I have had several repeat performances. I love this stuff and there is definitely some magic in there. Not sure if you get tons of these messages or even have time to read them but thought i would pass along my appreciation for your tremendous effort.
PS - with the above stated skepicism, the only reason i tried your product was your talks on integral naked. Enjoyed them very much
Thanks,
Steve

Shawn,
I absolutely love Full Strength. I just turned my parents on to it. My dad was diagnosed with diabetes last week and I told him about Full Strength, because I felt it would help keep his blood sugar level by eating more frequently during the day. I placed the order and they received it this week.
I'm excited because I know it is premium nutrition and will help feel satiated and energized. Thanks for such an awesome product. Also, for me, I'm amazed that my intense cravings for sweets and junk carbs (chips, etc.) have gone away.
I passed through the dessert section in the grocery store the other day and didn't buy anything. I enjoyed the smell, but that was all. I know you don't know me, but this is a HUGE DEAL for a former sweet-aholic. I love this product so much I joined your Inner Circle, so I can get it on a regular basis.
My fat percentage is down and I feel fantastic! I'm confident I will achieve my goal of 45 lbs. of fat loss and 5lbs. lean muscle gain because of the power of my new thought patterns and of course, Full Strength, which is the greatest nutrition shake I've ever had. I don't go a day without one and I don't want to.
Thank you again, Shawn. You Rock!!!

Steve,
Received that sample today, I was skeptical at first as i have tried all the top brands. Another is in trying to get the motivation to get back into shape after almost two years off. Yep, I had tore my hamstring up pretty bad and after that my mind went on vacation along with the body but now I just feel miserable. Now for the taste test, simply awesome, full of all the good stuff but it has a light taste to it, perfect. I will be ordering more as I,m getting my program ready to get in shape. Now if i can only find a good energy supplement that won't mess with the heart, for when I get off from work at 4PM so I can workout. Not being energetic at that time of day is rough. Any suggestions?

I enjoyed the teleseminar very much. I have also been reading "Red Hot Metabolism Law #4" and wonder if you can talk about the effects of diabetes on metabolism and nutritional needs.
Thanks.
